Practical knowledge for custom FRP projects.

Guidance on drawings, materials, tooling, quotations and shipping. Technical details and feasibility are confirmed for each individual project.

TECHNICAL MATERIALS / FRP · GRP · GFRP

We manufacture reinforced plastic composites—not raw glass fibers.

FRP means fiber-reinforced polymer/plastic, the broad composite family. GRP/GFRP identifies its glass-reinforced category. Glass fibers provide reinforcement; polymer resin forms the matrix. After curing, together they form the finished GRP composite. “Fiberglass” is also used colloquially for the finished material, but is less precise in a technical specification.

What do you need to prepare a custom FRP quotation?

A drawing or sketch, approximate dimensions, intended use, target quantity and operating conditions. Share any required standards or surface details as well.

Can you work from customer CAD files?

Drawing-based inquiries are welcome. Our manufacturing team will confirm acceptable file formats, process suitability and feasibility for each project.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on tooling, geometry and production arrangement. Share your expected quantity to discuss feasible options.

How do you choose a suitable FRP material?

The properties of a finished GRP/GFRP composite depend on the polymer resin matrix, glass-fiber reinforcement, laminate design and process. The final material specification must reflect the operating temperature, chemical exposure, loads, surface and testing requirements.

Can you ship internationally?

Export routing, packaging and shipping terms are evaluated for each project, destination and product classification.

Do you make military or controlled products?

This website presents civilian industrial products only. All orders are subject to applicable legal, end-use and export-control checks.

Why do you mainly use hand lay-up for custom FRP parts?

Hand lay-up is adaptable to complex contours, non-standard dimensions and smaller custom batches without requiring matched-die press tooling. We still review each design for mold suitability, workmanship, finishing and inspection needs.

Are glass fibers the same as finished FRP/GRP products?

No. Glass fibers are a reinforcement raw material. GRP/GFRP is a glass-fiber-reinforced plastic composite made with fibers and resin. FRP is the broader family and is not limited to glass reinforcement.
