BEIMING · FRP / GRP

Custom FRP manufacturing, with hand lay-up at its core.

Hand lay-up is our primary production method for non-standard GRP composite housings, covers and containers. We assess drawings, tooling, reinforcement, resin, surface finish and inspection requirements for each design.

01

Drawing & Geometry Review

Application, dimensions, shape, mounting points and relevant tolerances.

02

Hand Lay-Up & Material Selection

Glass-fiber reinforcement is positioned in a mold, impregnated with polymer resin by hand and cured to form the GRP/GFRP composite component.

03

Tooling & Sampling

Tooling scope, trial production and quantities discussed when relevant to the design.

04

Quality & Inspection

Visual, dimensional and performance criteria agreed before manufacturing.

Hand lay-up is BEIMING's primary manufacturing process. Tooling, laminate requirements, surface finish and inspection standards are confirmed project by project. No unverified certifications are claimed.

TECHNICAL MATERIALS / FRP · GRP · GFRP

We manufacture reinforced plastic composites—not raw glass fibers.

FRP means fiber-reinforced polymer/plastic, the broad composite family. GRP/GFRP identifies its glass-reinforced category. Glass fibers provide reinforcement; polymer resin forms the matrix. After curing, together they form the finished GRP composite. “Fiberglass” is also used colloquially for the finished material, but is less precise in a technical specification.

Hand Lay-Up: Flexibility for Complex Custom Designs

With hand lay-up, glass-fiber reinforcement is placed into a prepared mold and impregnated with polymer resin manually; after curing it becomes a GRP/GFRP composite part. This flexible approach works well for unusual profiles, large or non-standard dimensions and low-volume customization. The final mold, laminate schedule, finish and quality criteria are still specified for each project.
